Looking for a cute and tasty drink to serve at a Despicable Me or Minion Birthday Party? What about just a fun beverage on a hot day? This Minion Mocktail is the perfect choice to add a little something sweet to any day. Minion Mocktail. SunshineandHurricanes.com

I love creating a signature drink for parties and this simple Minion Mocktail is refreshing and right on theme!

Minion Mocktail

We combined a small bottle of lemon-lime Gatorade (for the perfect Minion Yellow color) with a cup of Sprite and a cup of lemonade, gave it a stir and added to our blue sugar rimmed milk bottles.

(Easy Tip: dip the bottle openings in a bowl of water and then in a bowl of blue sugar). We couldn’t resist the plastic straw drink bottles at Target so we used those as well!

Minion Mocktail

The mocktails were the perfect compliment to our Minion Munch Snack Mix and Despicable Me Unicorn Cookies and I bet your kiddos would love them as well!

(The adorable Minion bank was a fun prop and would look darling as part of a party tablescape!)
